What got me started in Keto
I am not sure if you're like me, but I have been graced with the body type that no matter WHAT insane diet I followed, it was always lose weight then gain, over and over again. A good friend from me did ketogenic diet, and had told me about the benefits of the Ketogenic Diet multiple times over years. Upon further research, I realized it sounded like the most unrealistic diet to follow and sounded more like a game of Tetris with food, then it did a lifestyle.
In 2020, i found someone on social media that didn’t follow a keto diet but she eat normal and drinks 'pure therapeutic ketones' and I saying to myself I need if I tried them out paired with lower carb, and higher fat eating... I would find the perfect pairing of realistic and sustainability!

I took to google, which led me to Facebook. And early dec 2020, I messaged a complete stranger on social media because she had her hands on this magical potion, and I could see it in her EYES that she was on the other side of the shift I was craving so much. Over the next few weeks, I made some amazing changes. I had more energy after 2 day’s, my focus was like crazy and in 2 weeks I lost 11lbs, and I did not eat every day low carb, I eat normal diet now. All those shifts COMPLETELY changed how I felt and experienced my day to day, in my mind and body!
So here's the deal.
